Job Description

As a Thermostat Machine Tender, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, operating and maintaining crucial equipment to ensure production runs smoothly. You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities

• Adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Carry out routine maintenance to ensure machines operate effectively.
• Assist in training new staff on machine operations.
• Monitor production processes and product quality.
• Document production data and maintain records.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills

• Mechanical aptitude
• Basic computer skills

• Attention to detail
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with HVAC systems: Knowledge of working with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
• Assembly line production experience: Familiarity with processes and workflows in assembly line settings.
