Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead various construction projects in Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high standards in quality and safety.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive project innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and documentation of project phases.
  • Handle contract negotiations and agreements with subcontractors.
  • Utilize project management software to track progress and performance.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned.
  • Manage change orders and scope adjustments as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
  • Relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in construction project management
