Job Description

We are seeking a Building Insulation Supervisor to lead insulation installation projects across various sites. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of insulation materials and techniques, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations while managing a skilled team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage compliance with building codes and legal standards for insulation works.
  • Perform risk assessments and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Oversee the usage of equipment and tools to ensure proper handling and maintenance.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on project progress and outcomes.
  • Conduct team meetings to discuss safety issues and project challenges.
  • Engage in training sessions to enhance team skill sets.
  • Monitor energy efficiency in insulation work and suggest improvements.
  • Build relationships with local authorities regarding construction regulations.
  • Support the marketing and proposal efforts for new insulation projects.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns related to insulation work.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is a plus
Experience
  • 4-6 years in construction with supervisory experience.
