Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Manager to join our team in Swansea. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage subcontractors, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise construction teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Coordinate logistics and site management to streamline operations.
  • Establish project timelines and track progress against deadlines.
  • Ensure all construction activities adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and budget status.
  • Support project planning and scheduling activities.
  • Engage in conflict resolution among team members and suppliers.
  • Conduct performance evaluations for team members.
  • Ensure materials and equipment are available on-site as needed.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Higher National Certificate (HNC) in Construction
Experience
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in construction site management
