We are looking for a Range and Road Instructor to deliver engaging and comprehensive training programs to aspiring drivers. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring trainees are well-equipped with the necessary skills for safe and efficient driving.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive range and road driving instruction to individuals and groups.
• Plan and prepare training sessions, including lesson plans and resources.
• Teach defensive driving techniques and promote safe driving practices.
• Conduct practical evaluations and assessments of trainee driving skills.
• Maintain training records and documentation.
• Stay informed on the latest driving regulations and industry best practices.
• Support continuous improvement of training programs in the team.
• Provide excellent customer service and address trainee queries.
• Facilitate practical training using driving simulators and other tools.
• Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve training outcomes.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in driver instruction or relevant teaching qualifications.

Experience

• Experience in delivering driver training programs.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in multimedia training tools

Languages

• English: Fluent
