Responsibilities
Design and implement HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes.
Conduct regular employee performance evaluations.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
Identify training needs and create development plans for employees.
Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
Collaborate with management on organizational development and workforce planning.
Requirements
Education
Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
CIPD Level 7 qualification is preferred
