Responsibilities

• Coordinate training and operational readiness for the staff in antisubmarine warfare techniques.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
• Manage documentation of training programs and readiness assessments.
• Engage with external stakeholders and military agencies to share best practices.
• Spearhead initiatives to integrate new technologies into training programs.
• Lead crisis management drills to prepare the team for unexpected scenarios.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.
• Develop metrics to measure training success and readiness levels.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Defence Studies or related field is preferred

Experience

• Experience in developing and implementing training programs

Technical Skills

• Submarine Detection Technologies

Soft Skills

• Flexibility

Certifications

• Prior military experience is highly desirable

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in collaborating with international military organizations: Experience working with NATO or similar organizations in defence.
• Knowledge of NATO Antisubmarine Warfare procedures: Familiarity with protocols and procedures specific to NATO operations.
