Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Flesher to join our dedicated team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing animal carcasses into high-quality meat products. The ideal candidate should possess excellent knife skills and attention to detail to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Performing cuts and de-boning of different meat types.
  • Ensuring safe handling and processing of meat products.
  • Contributing to team efforts for enhanced production output.
  • Adhering to protocols for waste management and disposal.

Requirements

Education
  • NVQ Level 2 in Meat and Poultry Processing or equivalent
  • Certificate in Food Hygiene is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
