Job Description

We are seeking a Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance our HR practices through effective training strategies. You will be responsible for identifying training needs, developing instructional materials, and implementing programs that foster employee growth and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support the integration of learning technologies and e-learning solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with employees to understand their development needs.
  • Work towards achieving compliance with industry training standards.
  • Participate in HR projects related to employee engagement and retention.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Business Administration
  • Postgraduate qualification in HR is an advantage
Experience
  • 3-5 years working in L&D or HR consulting roles
