Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Weight and Balance Control Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that weight and balance calculations for aircraft operations are accurate and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations regarding weight and balance.
• Collaborate with the technical team to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and update training materials for new team members.
• Provide insights to management on weight management and aircraft performance.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams during loading and unloading procedures.
• Document and report any discrepancies in weight measurement.
• Act as a liaison between different operational teams to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Completion of certified aviation program is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in aviation weight and balance control

Technical Skills

• Weight and Balance Software
• Microsoft Office Suite

• Problem-Solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with aircraft loading and unloading processes: Hands-on experience in managing aircraft operations effectively.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance and repair: Knowledge of how maintenance can affect weight and balance.
