• Lead VoIP projects from conception to implementation, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to align VoIP solutions with business objectives.
• Perform analysis and reporting on VoIP usage and performance metrics.
• Assist in crisis management and disaster recovery planning related to VoIP services.
• Implement user authentication and security protocols within VoIP systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications will be considered an advantage
• VoIP Technologies Extensive experience in VoIP implementation and management.
• Network Protocols Knowledge of network protocols related to telecommunication, including SIP and RTP.
• Routing and Switching Proficient in network routing and switching principles to ensure VoIP functionality.
• Problem-solving Capable of troubleshooting complex telecommunication issues.
• Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team Collaboration Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
• Avaya Certified Design Specialist
• English (Fluent)

• Experience with Network Security: Knowledge of security protocols and best practices in VoIP environments.
• Knowledge of IP Telephony Systems: Familiarity with various VoIP hardware and software solutions.
