Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop tailored care plans.
• Administer emergency care when needed.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean working environment.
• Attend staff meetings and contribute to policy development.
• Liaise with external agencies and community services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Master's in Nursing or relevant field is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Critical Care Experience
• Electronic Health Records (EHR)

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Stress Management

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with telehealth services: Familiarity with telehealth platforms for patient consultations.
• Bilingual proficiency: Ability to communicate in a second language is a plus.
