Job Description
We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of engineering principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on a variety of infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects.
Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings.
Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
Monitor construction progress and provide solutions to challenges.
Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
Ensure projects adhere to sustainability and environmental standards.
Engage in continuous professional development and training.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Support the Project Manager in all aspects of engineering coordination.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferable
Experience
3+ years of experience in civil engineering.
