Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Newcastle. The ideal candidate will have a firm grasp of engineering principles and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on a variety of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of civil engineering projects.
  • Review and approve project plans, specifications, and drawings.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor construction progress and provide solutions to challenges.
  • Prepare and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
  • Ensure projects adhere to sustainability and environmental standards.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Support the Project Manager in all aspects of engineering coordination.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering.
