Job Description

As a Chain Tender, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of chain systems, handling heavy materials across various settings including construction sites and warehouses. Your role is pivotal in maintaining operational efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while operating chains.
• Collaborate with the logistics and warehouse teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Document maintenance activities and prepare reports for management review.
• Perform regular inspections to ensure that the chains and related equipment are in optimal working condition.
• Assist in maintaining inventory of chain-related parts and supplies.

Requirements

Education

• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training in logistics or construction is advantageous

Experience

• Experience operating other heavy equipment, such as forklifts or cranes.

Languages
