Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects in Sheffield. The ideal candidate will ensure that work complies with safety regulations and standards while managing site operations effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize work schedules for construction teams.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while ensuring a safe working environment.
• Review and assess the work done by subcontractors and ensure it meets quality standards.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements for construction activities.
• Engage with clients and other stakeholders to communicate project updates.
• Keep track of site inventory and request additional materials as needed.
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is a plus
• Health and Safety qualification is beneficial

Experience

• 5 years of relevant site management experience

Certifications

• NEBOSH Certificate in Construction Health and Safety
