Job Description

Join BuildRight Construction Ltd. as a Construction Manager and lead exciting projects in Liverpool! You will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing construction projects, while managing team dynamics and maintaining a focus on safety and quality. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in construction and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project activities and ensure compliance with building codes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of safety programs.
  • Engage and mobilize project teams for optimum performance.
  • Manage project changes and update schedules accordingly.
  • Negotiate contracts and liaise with stakeholders effectively.
  • Address project challenges and develop practical solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in project management, specifically in construction
Technical Skills
  • Construction Software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM)
  • Risk Management
Soft Skills
  • Team Leadership
  • Analytical Skills
Certifications
  • PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Chartered Engineer (CEng) is preferred
Languages
  • English: Fluent
