We are looking for dedicated Woodworking Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders to oversee the operation of specialized machinery within our production line. Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor woodworking machines efficiently.
  • Adjust machine settings to maintain quality and performance standards.
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment.
  • Assist team leads in achieving production targets.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols at all times.
  • Maintain detailed records of production runs.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress and share feedback.
  • Provide assistance in training and coaching junior staff.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and repairing machinery as needed.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing-related field
Experience
  • At least 3 years experience in a woodworking or manufacturing environment.
