Job Description

As a Swimming Pool Plasterer, you will play a crucial role in our pool construction and renovation projects. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing surfaces, mixing plaster, and ensuring high-quality finish on all pool surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare pool surfaces accurately for a perfect plaster application.
• Utilise appropriate tools and techniques to mix and apply plaster efficiently.
• Achieve high-quality finishes by expertly smoothing and levelling plastered areas.
• Identify and repair any inconsistencies or flaws in plastering.
• Collaborate with other contractors and team members to streamline project workflows.
• Comply with all relevant regulations and safety procedures at all times.
• Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used for reporting purposes.
• Assist in training other team members and sharing best practices in plastering.
• Handle tools and equipment safely, with a focus on maintenance and upkeep.
• Stay updated on current plastering technologies and techniques to improve quality.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational Training in Plastering or Construction
• Relevant certifications in swimming pool installation and maintenance are preferred.

Experience

• At least 2 years of working experience in plastering, particularly in swimming pool environments.
