Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Concrete Puddler to join our construction team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and pouring concrete mixtures, leveling and smoothing surfaces, and ensuring high-quality finishes on all projects. This role demands physical strength, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Batch concrete mixtures per specifications and project needs.
  • Efficiently operate and maintain concrete mixing equipment.
  • Ensure consistent quality and performance of poured concrete.
  • Assist with installing and dismantling of forms and molds.
  • Enforce all health and safety guidelines on site.
  • Document work status and report issues to supervisors.
  • Coordinate with other trades during project implementation.
  • Train and mentor junior labourers when necessary.
  • Perform regular maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

Education
  • Certifications in concrete finishing or related fields are preferred.
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in concrete puddling.
