Job Description

As a Building Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting new and existing buildings to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and regulations. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough inspections of structures and construction sites.
  • Ensure that all safety and building codes are adhered to.
  • Advise on the necessary adjustments for compliance.
  • Generate comprehensive inspection reports and assessments.
  • Work collaboratively with construction teams to resolve issues.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance inspection skills.
  • Provide support to the team as a subject matter expert.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in building inspection or construction
