Job Description

We are in search of Claims Adjusters, Examiners, and Investigators to join our dedicated claims processing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing and approving insurance claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyse claims documentation and evidence provided by the claimants.
• Collaboratively work with team members to improve claims processing efficiency.
• Stay updated on market trends and changes in insurance regulations.
• Training and mentoring junior team members where necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Insurance)

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in claims processing or a related field

Certifications

• Professional Certification in Insurance Claims

Languages

• English: Fluent
