We are currently looking for a dedicated Floor Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests while providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
Oversee the cleanliness of the floor area and maintain high standards.
Provide warm greetings and assistance to guests.
Restock supplies in a timely manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
Proactively manage safety concerns or incidents as they arise.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage guest complaints with professionalism and understanding.
Conduct regular inspections for maintenance needs.
Adhere to established cleanliness and safety procedures.
Assist in planning and executing special events as required.
Attend training sessions to improve service delivery skills.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Certifications in first aid or health and safety are advantageous
Experience
Experience in a similar role is an asset but not essential.
