We are in search of a talented Game Developer to join our dynamic team in Lancaster. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in game design and development, with a focus on creating immersive experiences. You will collaborate with artists and designers to produce high-quality games that push the boundaries of creativity.

Responsibilities

• Implement UI/UX designs into the game engine.
• Create engaging gameplay mechanics and ensure balance.
• Work closely with other departments to align development goals.
• Research and implement new technologies and tools.
• Prepare and present regular project updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct game performance tests and optimizations.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining game servers.
• Support the release of game updates and new content.
• Adapt and enhance existing game features based on user feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or a related area
• Advanced coursework in game design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in game development

Technical Skills

• C++
• Unreal Engine
• Visual Scripting

Certifications

• Certified Unity Developer

Languages

• English: Fluent
