As an Interior Design Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our design projects from conception to completion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with designers, managing project timelines, and ensuring that client needs are met with outstanding design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers to develop innovative design concepts.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project updates.
• Engage with clients throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist in sourcing furniture, materials, and design accessories.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends and vendor options.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in interior design project management

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Revit

Certifications

• NCIDQ Certification
• Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist (CAPS)

Languages

• English: Fluent
