As a Legal Advisor at our Swindon office, you will provide expert guidance on compliance-related issues. The successful candidate should have a solid understanding of UK laws with the ability to analyse and interpret regulations. Your insights will help our clients achieve their legal objectives while mitigating potential risks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal audits and risk assessments for various clients.
• Advise on the legal implications of business decisions and strategies.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals to address complex legal queries.
• Support the business in negotiations and contract formulations.
• Assist in the development of compliance training programs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Master's in Law or additional legal qualifications is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant legal experience, focusing on compliance or corporate law
