Job Description

As a Brush Fabrication Supervisor, you will oversee the production of high-quality brushes within our manufacturing facility. Your leadership and expertise will be essential in ensuring that production processes run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the brush fabrication team in daily operations.
  • Ensure production targets are consistently met while maintaining quality.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new employees.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews for team members.
  • Manage the procurement of raw materials for production.
  • Identify and rectify any issues impacting production efficiency.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Create and maintain accurate production documentation.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements

Education
  • Post-secondary education in manufacturing or engineering
  • Additional qualifications in leadership or team management are preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of production experience, with a focus on brush fabrication and supervisory roles.
