Job Description

As a Bevel Operator, you will be tasked with operating and maintaining machinery that produces bevelled edges on metal products. The ideal candidate should have a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a passion for high-quality production.

Responsibilities

  • Operate beveling machines to create precise bevels on metal surfaces.
  • Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure machine functionality.
  • Document production metrics and report to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Participate in health and safety training programs as required.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Training or certification in metalworking or machinery operation is preferred
Experience
  • No previous experience is required, but experience in metalworking or machinery operation is preferred.
