Animal Ride Attendant

Job Description

As an Animal Ride Attendant, your primary role will be ensuring the safe and enjoyable operation of our animal rides. You'll work closely with our cuddly companions, providing excellent customer service while ensuring the well-being of our animals and the satisfaction of park guests.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper care and treatment of animals used for rides, including feeding, grooming, and exercise.
• Operate animal rides in a safe and efficient manner, following all standard operating procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to park guests, answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the ride area, including animal stalls and surrounding grounds.
• Collaborate with other park staff to ensure a positive and cohesive guest experience.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience working with animals preferred, but not required.

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of animal welfare guidelines: Awareness of animal rights and welfare issues in a public setting.
