Job Description

As an IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our IT systems and providing technical support to staff and clients. You'll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage user accounts, and ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to user inquiries and support requests efficiently.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on IT systems and networks.
  • Identify recurring issues and work towards long-term solutions.
  • Support data backups and disaster recovery processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security protocols.
  • Provide feedback on user experience to guide IT improvements.
  • Engage in continuous learning about new technologies.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees regarding IT procedures.
  • Create and update internal documentation to reflect current systems.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • IT-related certifications are highly desirable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role
