As a Hand Roller, you will play a vital role in our construction projects, ensuring materials are accurately flattened and shaped to specifications. Collaborate with teammates while prioritizing safety.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and adjust machine settings to achieve desired material specifications.
• Ensure proper maintenance of equipment to enhance operational safety.
• Communicate effectively with site supervisors regarding workflow and project statuses.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project developments and challenges.

Experience

• Experience in construction or manufacturing industries is a plus
