We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic Insurance Advisor to join our Brighton team. This role will involve advising clients on the best insurance products to suit their needs, providing an outstanding level of customer service, and helping to resolve any insurance-related queries. Responsibilities

• Guide clients through the insurance application process.
• Analyze clients' financial situations to suggest suitable products.
• Educate clients about policy options and coverage limits.
• Support the resolution of claims to enhance customer loyalty.
• Engage in networking opportunities to expand client base.
• Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Attend industry seminars and workshops.
• Promote a culture of compliance and ethical standards within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field
• Insurance-related certifications preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in insurance or financial services

• Customer Service

Certifications

• CII Level 3 Certificate in Insurance
• CII Level 4 Diploma in Insurance is an advantage

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with insurance software systems: Knowledge of industry-standard software like Acturis or SSP.
