Job Description

Join us as an Account Manager where you will leverage your skills in client relationship management and accounting. Your role will entail ensuring client satisfaction, offering tailored solutions, and driving the overall growth of client accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive business growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve any client complaints or issues efficiently.
  • Monitor client budgets and financial appropriations.
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) is preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in account management or relevant field
