Production Grader

Job Description

As a Production Grader, your primary responsibility will be to assess and ensure the quality of products on the production line. You will need to maintain impeccable attention to detail and work closely with the production team to tackle quality-related challenges.

Responsibilities

• Conduct visual inspections of products to identify any defects or discrepancies.
• Grade products based on predefined quality parameters and ensure compliance with established standards.
• Perform thorough quality checks throughout the production process to maintain consistent product quality.
• Accurately record and document quality control data and reports.
• Collaborate with the production team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Communicate quality standards and requirements to the production staff.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant qualification in quality assurance or production management

Experience

• Experience in manufacturing and knowledge of quality control principles.

Technical Skills

• Good hand-eye coordination
• Basic computer literacy

Soft Skills

• Ability to work under pressure
• Effective teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate grading equipment/machinery: Hands-on experience in using grading tools and machinery.
