Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Psychologist to join our team in Leeds. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to clients struggling with various mental health issues. This role requires a compassionate individual with strong clinical skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions effectively.
  • Evaluate therapeutic techniques and adjust based on client feedback.
  • Participate in interprofessional collaboration meetings.
  • Train and support staff in clinical practices.
  • Guide clients through crisis situations and psychological distress.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation for clinical reviews.
  • Participate in mental health education and outreach efforts.
  • Implement best practices in psychological care.
  • Engage in continuous professional learning and adherence to ethical standards.

Requirements

Education
  • Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology
Experience
  • 3-5 years in clinical settings
