Construction Site Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Site Supervisor to oversee operations on our projects in Rochdale. You will be responsible for managing daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and coordinating subcontractors to deliver projects on time and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead site meetings with the project team to discuss progress and issues.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Assist in the bidding and selection process for subcontractors.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Maintain a clean and orderly site to promote safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in site supervision or management

• Project Management Software
• Cost Management

Certifications

• NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety

Languages

• English: Fluent
