Job Description

As a Furnace, Kiln, Oven, Drier, and Kettle Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production team by ensuring the proper operation and maintenance of various annealing equipment. You will be responsible for controlling the heating and cooling processes to guarantee product quality and performance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate and maintain a range of annealing equipment including furnaces and kilns.
• Monitor heating and cooling cycles to ensure materials are treated according to specifications.
• Conduct regular quality checks and document findings to track production standards.
• Collaborate with quality control teams to address any discrepancies.
• Participate in safety audits and uphold workplace regulations.
• Assist in inventory management of materials and supplies used in the annealing process.
• Implement suggestions for process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to support a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous training programs to improve skills and knowledge.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for new equipment.
