Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Machine Sizer to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and determining optimal machine sizes and capacities within our manufacturing facility. Your expertise will directly enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Assess the physical and operational capacity of existing machines.
• Design sizing strategies that enhance production efficiency.
• Stay updated on advancements in machine design and industry regulations.
• Document machine performance metrics and improvement areas.
• Work with the maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align production goals.
• Prepare reports and presentations on machine sizing data for management.
• Collaborate with safety teams to ensure compliance with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a similar role preferred.

Technical Skills

• Simulation Software (ANSYS, MATLAB)
• Data Analysis Software

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented
• Project Management

Languages

• English: Fluent
