Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations and diagnose illnesses.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions.
• Create and foster a therapeutic patient environment.
• Teach self-management strategies for chronic conditions.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety.
• Work with healthcare teams to improve patient care processes.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff and students.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Postgraduate qualification in Advanced Practice is preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting

• Emergency Response

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS): ACLS certification is highly advantageous.
• Experience in clinical research: Experience participating in clinical trials or research initiatives.
