Job Description
As a Medical Orderly, you will provide essential support in delivering high-quality patient care. You’ll work closely with nurses and medical staff to assist patients with daily activities and ensure their comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
Support nursing staff in executing treatment plans and procedures.
Ensure the hygiene and tidiness of patient areas.
Assist with mobility and movement aids for patients.
Monitor and record patient food and fluid intake.
Collaborate with healthcare team to create a supportive environment.
Participate in ward rounds and provide valuable patient insights.
Report any safety concerns or equipment issues immediately.
Engage in patient activities to promote wellbeing and recovery.
Requirements
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) programme
Experience
Experience working with elderly or disabled patients is advantageous.
