Responsibilities

• Ensure collet machines are properly calibrated and operational.
• Assist in developing best practices for machine operation.
• Train new staff on machine operation and safety measures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Engage in proactive problem-solving to address production issues.
• Maintain tools and materials required for machine operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Vocational training in manufacturing or engineering is advantageous

Experience

• Experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment preferred.
