Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Remote IT Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your expertise in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems will be vital in delivering exceptional support to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with IT-related queries and issues remotely.
  • Monitor and manage IT support tickets and escalations as needed.
  • Implement changes to improve IT service delivery.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train users on new technologies and tools.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions across systems.
  • Ensure data security protocols are followed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Relevant technical certifications are a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a support role
