We are in search of a skilled Blindstitch Lining Feller to join our dedicated team. This role involves operating sewing machines to expertly create blindstitch linings for a variety of garments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain machinery to ensure consistent quality and output.
• Perform regular maintenance on sewing machines to guarantee optimal working conditions.
• Align materials accurately for blindstitching, ensuring neat and precise seams.
• Conduct inspections of completed items for defects and rectify any issues.
• Assist in new product development by providing feedback on sewing processes.
• Keep accurate records of production output and report to management.
• Work closely with team members to support overall production goals.
• Receive and implement feedback from supervisors and peers to enhance productivity.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant certification in sewing or garment making is a plus.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar sewing role.
