Responsibilities

• Assemble various types of bands to meet specific customer requirements.
• Use sewing machines and hand tools to create high-quality bands.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality benchmarks.
• Document production processes for accountability.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals and challenges.
• Enhance skills by attending workshops and training sessions.
• Propose ideas for process improvements to increase efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Formal training or apprenticeship in jewelry making is beneficial

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in band making or a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Technical Skills

• Sewing Techniques
• Tool Proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous experience in a creative workshop: Hands-on experience in a similar creative environment.
• Skills in finishing techniques: Ability to do sanding, polishing, and finishing of bands.
