Job Description

We are seeking a driven and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Cardiff. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building long-lasting relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for the client.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Track and manage client accounts and gather feedback for product development.
  • Provide customers with product information and respond to inquiries.
  • Assist in preparing bids and proposals for potential new clients.
  • Trial and test products with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing promotional events and trade shows.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

  • 4+ years of experience in account management
