Job Description
We are looking for a Rejoiner to develop and implement re-engagement campaigns for past customers. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in strategies that effectively drive customer retention and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of innovative re-engagement strategies.
Act as a liaison between marketing and customer service teams.
Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback and implement changes.
Track and analyse marketing metrics to improve future campaigns.
Develop partnerships with other departments to create comprehensive plans.
Research and implement best practices within re-engagement marketing.

Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in re-engagement marketing or a similar role.
