Job Description

We are looking for a Rejoiner to develop and implement re-engagement campaigns for past customers. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in strategies that effectively drive customer retention and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of innovative re-engagement strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and customer service teams.
  • Conduct regular reviews of customer feedback and implement changes.
  • Track and analyse marketing metrics to improve future campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with other departments to create comprehensive plans.
  • Research and implement best practices within re-engagement marketing.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration within the team.
  • Rapidly adapt strategies based on customer response.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in re-engagement marketing or a similar role.
