Job Description

We are on the lookout for a Hotel Services Manager who is passionate about hospitality and has a knack for ensuring exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will manage hotel operations, oversee staff, and ensure our guests enjoy a memorable stay.

Responsibilities

  • Manage hotel operations, ensuring efficiency and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations.
  • Review and manage hotel budgets and financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws and regulations.
  • Foster relationships with local businesses to enhance service offerings.
  • Plan and oversee hotel events and functions.
  • Utilize guest feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene.
  • Monitor industry trends to keep the hotel competitive.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
  • Relevant certifications in hotel management are a plus

  • 5+ years in a supervisory role in a hotel environment
