Job Description

As a Construction Manager in our Cardiff office, you will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders while upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning sessions and establish clear goals.
  • Assess project risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Prepare and submit budget proposals for projects.
  • Handle changes in project scope and project schedule.
  • Monitor work progress and handle any disputes that may arise.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Attend meetings with local authorities regarding project permits.
  • Implement innovative construction techniques and technologies.
  • Report to the Director of Operations on project status.
  • Foster collaboration among various teams involved in projects.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Further qualifications in project management are advantageous.
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in large-scale construction projects
