Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee various projects within Cambridge. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control on-site.
  • Review and approve project contracts and invoices.
  • Ensure that all work aligns with industry standards and regulations.
  • Provide leadership and support to project teams.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
