Scaffolding Helper

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Scaffolding Helper to assist in the construction and dismantling of scaffolding structures. The successful candidate will work with a team of scaffolders and ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the scaffolding team in constructing and dismantling scaffolding.
• Manage the logistics of scaffolding components on-site.
• Assist in training new team members on safety practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Monitor the condition of scaffolding materials and report any issues.
• Collaborate to meet project deadlines efficiently.
• Help maintain documentation related to scaffolding inspections.
• Participate in safety briefings and training sessions as required.

Requirements

Education

• Valid CSCS card

Experience

• Prior experience in a similar role within the construction industry is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Physical stamina
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Certifications

• CSCS card
• Basic scaffolding training

Languages

• English: Fluent
