Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Hot Mix Asphalt Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining hot mix asphalt plants, ensuring timely and efficient production of asphalt products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations of the asphalt mixing plant.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to ensure the asphalt meets required specifications.
• Adjust machinery settings as needed for optimal performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the plant area.
• Document production data for reporting purposes.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Minimum 2 years' experience operating hot mix asphalt plants.

Technical Skills

• Asphalt Plant Operations
• Heavy Equipment Operation

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Certification in Hot Mix Asphalt Plant Operations
• Valid UK Driver's License

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Quality Control Processes: Familiarity with testing and inspecting asphalt for quality assurance.
• Forklift Operation Certification: Certification in operating forklifts and other relevant machinery.
